AND. Complaint Procedure


1. Filing a Complaint

To file a complaint, please contact us by email at info@ reviderma.com with the subject line: COMPLAINT, ORDER NUMBER . In response, we will send you a complaint form which, once filled out, will help expedite the review process.

2. Complaint Review Conditions

2.1. A complaint may be filed if a product defect becomes apparent during the warranty period.

2.2. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects, material defects, and missing items in the set. It does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or care.

2.3. The customer should report any discovered defect immediately, no later than within 24 months of receiving the goods.

2.4. In the case of a repairable defect, the customer may request its repair, the completion of missing items, or a price reduction.

2.5. If the defect is permanent, the customer has the right to a full refund.

2.6. A complaint will not be accepted if the customer was aware of the defect at the time of purchase or received a discount due to the defect.

2.7. The warranty is void if:
– the warranty period has expired,
– the product was improperly used, assembled, or stored,
– it was used contrary to the manufacturer's recommendations,
– it was damaged due to overload, power failure, or unsuitable conditions.

3. Complaint Handling Process

3.1. Reviderma is responsible for defects existing at the time of delivery.

3.2. The customer should inform us immediately of the defect and send photographic documentation to info@reviderma.com . Continued use of a defective product may result in the complaint being rejected.

3.3. The complaint should include a detailed description of the defect and photographic documentation. Our complaint form may also be attached.

3.4. Complaints are reviewed within 30 calendar days .

3.5. Once the complaint is accepted, we offer one of the following forms of compensation:
– partial refund while the customer keeps the product,
– shipment of a new item without returning the old one.

3.6. If replacement is not possible, the customer will be informed of an alternative compensation method.

4. Order Cancellation by Reviderma

4.1. Reviderma reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund before the product is shipped , without providing a reason.

4.2. The company is not liable for any damages resulting from the cancellation of the order.

II. Return Procedure


1. Return Conditions

1.1. The customer has the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

1.2. The returned product must be unused , in its original condition and packaging .

1.3. To request a return, please contact us via the contact form on our website or at info@ rev iderma.com , with the subject line: RETURN, ORDER NUMBER . We will send you a return form.

1.4. If the return is not due to Reviderma's fault, the customer covers the return shipping cost. After receiving and accepting the return, we will refund the money within 7 business days .

2. Refunds

2.1. The customer will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of the return after the package has been inspected.

2.2. If accepted, the refund will be automatically issued to the original method of payment.
